WOW! Guys- came upon this food truck at The Truck Yard in Alliance Fort Worth. It's AMAZING!!!!! We had the brisket Mac n cheese. It was perfect and LOADED with brisket! Prices are reasonable especially if you know the work that goes into the perfect brisket!
